A major complaint of the upcoming Ubuntu 11.04 and the Unity interface is its use of a global menu. This is a legitimate concern for users using larger displays. The idea here is to provide a quick way to switch between global menus and in window menus and to do it on a per application basis. Let me know what you think. W'salaam ~ Peace

There should certainly be an optional plugin like this, at least for the people with dual megascreens.
